Amber squat paperweight_1

Amber glass paperweight with odd flat topped crown and the punti mark looks to have been touched with a thin flat tool to flatten it out a bit while cooling (very hard to photograph) and has no signature. When I first saw it I thought of Ogishi's early pieces, but I don't think so, it has a lots of bubbles. I just seems too dark for chinese?

32cm high x 10cm dia it has a hole in each end & appears to be a possible lamp or light base. Tapered top is 3cm dia with a hole 13mm dia. Tapered base is 5cm dia with a hole 18mm dia. Graduated colouring getting lighter at base. Glass is about 1cm thick.

Green glass tulip shaped goblet/candle holder with the most unusual base. It measures 15cm high x 6.5cm dia. Some suggestions put forward: (1) Possibly 1880's Austrian and called a "staghorn goblet". (2) Similar items were made by an English maker by the name of Porter? (3) Possibly English by a company called Richardson. (4) Possibly Bohemian and maybe by Kralik. All confirm 1800's date.
